     (1) Before carrying out all maintenance work, be sure to turn off the switch power supply and pneumatic valve of the equipment, and then step on the pedal 3 to 4 times to remove the residual air compression in the tire changer equipment.

    (2) The damaged components of the tire changer must be replaced by technical professional maintenance personnel with the accessories given by the manufacturer.

    (3) Clean the hydraulic chuck of the tire changer with a diesel engine once a week to avoid dust accumulation, and at the same time moisten the lathe chuck and slide rail.

    (4) Tighten the fixed screws on the hydraulic chuck and lathe chuck again after 20 days of equipment application.

    (5) If the driving force of the hydraulic chuck is insufficient, the tension of the transmission belt may be insufficient. Loosen the screws of the baffle on the left side of the overall body, remove the baffle, loosen the 2 screws that fix the motor, adjust the distance between the support frame and the motor base, tighten the drive belt, and then tighten the screws.

    (6) When the suspension wall is not locked or the distance between the bottom edge of the disassembly head and the rim is not specified (2 mm), the suspension wall locking plate should be adjusted.

    (7) In order to better make the jaws and the cylinders of the disassembly and assembly shovel open and close reliably, the pressure regulating valve connected to it should be kept clean, and maintenance can be carried out according to the following regulations:

    ①Remove the 6 screws on the left side panel of the overall fuselage, and remove the baffle plate; ②Loosen the oil circuit board on the lathe chuck opening and closing or the cylinder control pedal: ③Use air compression to clean up the waste on the oil circuit board If damaged, it should be replaced.

    (8) Check and maintain the pneumatic triplex hydraulic cylinder and oil volume once a month. If you need to supply oil, you can immediately open the bottom of the pneumatic triplex to start dripping. When dripping oil, you don't need to introduce too much to prevent outflow.
